I have always used my voice and platform to advocate for things that are close to my heart.

As someone who suffered with depression in my early 20’s and self manages anxiety daily I know the impacts of mental health. Ive learned to work through my family trauma. But for many First Nations people, trauma is one of the biggest contributors to mental health issues and su***de.

To raise awareness and much needed support, I’ve joined a deadly group of trekkers to raise funds for the Black Dog Institute mental health programs for First Nations peoples

Next year in March 2024, we will trek Mount Everest. Led by Joshua Creamer and joined by Dr Clinton Schultz David Williams, Jeremy Donovan and Murray Saylor to name a few of the crew. (A few others joining too)

All funds raised will go towards the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Lived Experience Centre at the Black Dog Institute.
