Blokes, having experienced it myself,
I know that showing up to something for the
first time can create some anxiety and discomfort.
And that these feelings and thoughts can be
ramped up even more when it’s a group setting
you are thinking of attending.
But I honestly can’t encourage you enough
to be brave, trust your instincts, try something
new and just turn up as the rewards and
self fulfillment far outweigh any perceived
fears and threats.
Your mates offers guys an opportunity
to share connections, conversations, laughter,
stories, movement and experiences.
No pressure, no ego, no musts, no stress.
Just be.

Recently I saw this message from and it is in essence why encourages all men to move and be physically active daily, preferably outdoors and with others.
If you aren’t moving and exercising enough, just begin.
Start small and easy but practice something consistently that you enjoy and growth and self improvement will likely follow.
So men get outside and get moving as exercise can be a great tool to help you care not only for your body, but also for your mind and emotional well-being.
