Our transformation.

The reason I joined the gym was because of him...
Not because I wanted to be skinny, or get bulky. But because of my husbands health during that time. Going to the gym together, we were able to support each other and develop a new healthy habit.
As time progressed, my husbands cholesterol started getting better. Exercise was the perfect medicine ! We both started feeling healthier, became more fit, lost some weight, and even started building some muscle. Our dedication towards regularly working out has only improved our overall health.

Remember "EXERCISE IS MEDICINE "

BOX JUMP is One of my favorite training

The box jump is a plyometrix move that strengthen your main lower body muscles (glus,quads,calves & hams)and strengthen your core too. It will make you faster, more powerful & springer than ever. They will make your legs hella strong, increases your strength and muscles tone. Box jump also boost endurance and improve your cardiovascular health.

I done 75 cm height for 100 jumps less than 10 minutes and the truth.. it is more than half of my height 😆
Do you know My next goal??? JUMPS 100CM HEIGHT 😉
P.S "I done 85cm fews jumps Already " 🤫

I'm small I'm short I'm mom (I'm soon to be 40YO ) and still prove it I CAN DO IT, so... if you want able to do it... let me know I will more than happy to help you 🙂

Meet Francesca...

She lost another 4 kg in the last 3 weeks, she make a lot of improvements in the last fews months, getting fit and stronger. She push her self harder during the training,and keep smiling when I kill her on training (LOL)🤣 .Proud of her.... well done gorgeous 😍 🙌👏

Group Fitness Timetable, beginning Monday the 8th of June.

We have a restriction on number of members per class, we can have 8 participants in each group class to stay within social distancing measures.

This results in a club booking system to be filled out before the class commences. To get into the class you want please register in club or call ahead of time to secure your place.
Our contact number is 0412 113 086, please phone in during admin hours. Which are as follows:
Monday-Thursday 12pm till 9pm
Friday - 1pm till 8pm
Saturday- 9am till 7pm

Our gym back on tomorrow 🥰 but your body probably isn't in the same condition as Pre_Covid . Weather it be a loss of strength, fitness or shift in body composition.
So remember to give your self time,dust of the cob webs,jog the muscle memory and build back to previous strength and performance weights.

Use the first week or two back to focus on getting back into a training routine , start a bit lighter and then we start hitting progressive overload🏋️‍♂️. To much to soon can lead to injury ( more time off ) Be kind, Work hard and Keep safe.

All about improvement

Small improvements and practice always pay off. 8 weeks ago Hayley did not have the confidence and unable to complete 1 push up. Starting with the decline push up and slowing decreasing resulting in a full push up. Great effort Hayley, showing practice and patience pays off.

Explore The Landmine

The Landmine is one of the most valuable but underused pieces of equipment in the weight room. A landmine exercise refers to an angled barbell movement where one end of the barbell is on the ground and the opposite end is held by the lifter.

This is Nisa, since training with myself at Snap Fitness Rockingham she has made a lot of improvements.

Nisa's goal when first joining the gym were to build strength, improve flexibility and tone up. At the beginning she struggled with basic weight movements and had little core strength but she has pushed her self hard during training and now after 7 weeks of training she has improved dramatically and has built alot of strength, helping her with her children and day to day activities. I'm really proud of her.

Nearly there 🤸‍♀️💪

When I was young I never able to do head stand and I hate it 😬 but in this age I really interesting to do it, I give it try and try and always practice every day nearlyfor a month. Finally I nearly there, even though not 100% perfect head stand 🤣 now I'm 36 Years young 😁 I prove to my self... age only number 😁
