Just Juniors
Just Juniors was originally established in New Zealand in 1994. Back then, we mainly specialised in Nursery furniture, kids clothes and educational toys.
Now in Australia, we have turned our focus to exclusive handmade childrens clothing.

A new product we are looking to bring in. This completely customised chair can be modified to meet changing needs. Can strap to almost any chair, can have a high low base, a wheelchair base, strap to your existing stroller, there is even a little scooter base!
All components are made to precise measurements and to fit your child perfectly, while the base chair can grow and new components can be added if necessary in the future without the need for a whole new chair!
Huge variety of colours and even super hero designs!

Last fallout for the auction! Finishes tonight! Come on over, snag a bargain, and help to buy some special needs equipment for children all over Australia who cannot get funding, or who are waiting for funding.
Thank you to all who donated, and to all who bid in our auction. I will be contacting the winning bidders by tagging them. The reason for this, is I then need you to message me, to keep everything in the Aroha Angels inbox, and to prevent messages going to your others box. So please if I tag you, send me a PM to Aroha Angels, NOT my personal account. This also means I can grovel to Clare to help me if I cannot keep up! Lol
Bidding starts at 00:00 on Friday 11 April 2014, and closes at 11.54pm on Friday 18 April (8 days). The highest bid as at closing will be deemed the winning bid.
Some items have a reserve. If the reserve is not reached, the item will be available to the first person to respond to an offer being placed at the reserved price.
Postage is to be paid by the winning bidder unless stated in the description.
All funds raised will go to purchase equipment to be used by special needs children throughout Australia. This equipment is given free if charge, with the understanding that it is looked after, and if it is in a suitable state, that it be re advertised on the page so it can be passed on to another family. While I refer to it as a loan pool, it is not truly on loan, but rather given and passed on when finished with. So an item that is used for ever by a family, is forever with the at family.
Unless we get any last minute donations, I am trying to put the album into some sort of order by placing similar items together. This is not entirely 100% because the order in which images show is not necessarily the order in which they have been placed, and I cannot find an option to move the photos within an album. So I will just do my best.
There are a few items which are only available in certain areas (such as services). I will try and group these together, but please take note of this before bidding.
Remember, every item listed has been generously donated by small businesses who care about our children. Please return the love by liking their business pages, and by paying a reasonable price for items. I know when I donate things to others' auctions, it upsets me if the item donated costs me more to produce than what it earned for the person I donated it to, as I feel I had may as well have just donated the money, and saved myself the time.
All items to be paid direct via PayPal to [email protected] or by DD into the NAB. Account details will be advised to those who do not have PayPal. Please make sure you include item number/numbers when paying.
Payment to be made within 7 days of the closing of the auction, unless arranged in advance.
Thank you, and enjoy bidding!
Community Aids Equipment and Assistive Technologies Initiatives (CAEATI) | People with...
I am still amazed how many are unaware of this funding, so just wanted to share it with you all. If you are registered with Disability Services Qld you can apply for up to $10,000 over 3 years for equipment that will help your child (or an adult) access the community. So this includes things like strollers, wheelchairs, bikes, trikes, car seats, adaptive communication devices etc. the items must be disability specific (so not the sort of stroller you can buy at your local baby shop, and not iPads). All you need is a therapist to sign off on it, and this can be done at Lifetec if you don't have your own therapists, or if you are from out of town and want to have it done while you are in Brisbane.

I just had to share this with you all. My first grandbaby, Ashley James was born at 7:15pm last night. I can tell you now, the pain of watching your daughter go through that is so hard, but the joy of seeing this miracle is just as incredible!

Reeling with shiock at the passing of one of our beautiful local DS children. Little Aishah was only 10 months old when she left us yesterday, the day after she got home after months in hospital. Words cannot describe the pain. My heart goes out to her mum and dad Tanja and Michelle. RIP beautiful bubba girl (Panda)

I’m Christian, unless you’re gay.
Ok, so this doesn't look like a post about disability awareness, but I directly it is. We all need to learn the power of unconditional love. And this blogpost drives that message home. And it applies to every one of us. Our view of the world is different to anyone else's. But that doesn't give us the right to look down on anyone else. This message applies equally to every single one of us. We are all victims, and we are all guilty as well. I just had to show you all, cos this is a message that I would love to see continue to spread and continue and continue to change lives. For every person who has ever been marginalized, put down, spat upon. Unconditional love is the only way forward.
danoah.com Today I want to write about something that has bothered me for the better part of a decade. Truth is, I’ve been trying to write it off and on for more than a year now, and the right words have been seemingly impossible to come by. In the end, and in order to post it, I guess I had to care more about...

I have just designed a fabric with the DS awareness ribbon all over it. Have placed an order for some quilting fabric and will let you know how it turns out when it gets here! I will be using it on the MCNs, and maybe some bibs too. Can't wait to have a play! Once I have inspected it, it will be available to buy by the yard from the US. Will keep you informed.

I have been so slack with the tshirt designs lately. Between Internet issues and computer issues it has been a slow couple of months. Samara has been in hospital off and on this week in Brisbane so I am sitting here at Ronald McDonald House trying to think up some clever one liners! Hopefully I will have some new designs up for you real soon. A dr at the hospital noticed Samara wearing her "warning - I have an extra chromosome and I know how to use it" t-shirt and repeated it, and said "how cool is that? Love it!" have you had any comments on your kids tees?
