Rob brings extensive experience from the banking and financial services industry to Payton Capital. He has worked for leading domestic and international financial institutions and has led teams covering relationship management, risk and structured finance. Rob has expertise in structuring complex financing solutions, portfolio management and risk appetite setting as well as managing and remediating distressed assets.

As part of the Payton Capital Limited mission, we strive to change lives. Recently the Payton Capital Limited Investor Services team embraced this through a volunteer day supporting the Magpie Nest Cafe. The café is a welcoming community café providing free breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as support to people from all walks of life, especially those living on the margins of society. With its primary purpose of building relationships, the Magpie Nest Café is open to everyone and is there to provide support and a sense of community to anyone in need.

Sean joins Payton Capital following a ten-year tenure with NCN Investments, a diversified investment company behind a Melbourne-based Family Office. During his tenure, Sean managed a diverse investment portfolio that included public and private sectors such as property, IT, venture capital, and private equity.
Sean's expertise in global markets, startups, and corporate ventures has enabled him to take on key roles in international business, high-growth companies, corporate development, strategy, and competitive intelligence. Notably, Sean made significant contributions as an early employee at SEEK Ltd, where he focused on product and business development. Subsequently, he served as a Senior Manager in the Corporate Development and Strategy team at the REA Group for over five years.

Congratulations to Payton Capital Limited Head of Risk, Jamie Westlake, who completed the 96km Kokoda Trail through the jungle in Papua New Guinea. The trek was both physically and mentally challenging, but the incredible scenery and accomplishment made the experience truly unforgettable.
“To me, the trek epitomises the sacrifices our young soldiers had to make for our country and our way of life.” For Jamie, walking the footsteps of the soldiers that served and fought in World War II was a humbling and moving experience.
Jamie raised $2,700 for Payton Foundation Ltd charity partner, Zoe Child Rescue.
