Well- while summer hasn’t arrived just yet… I am proudly turning heads in my full ‘patches’ glory as my swimming tan kicks in!
Heading out for the evening for some girl time with the lovely Sana for an evening of music, wine and dine!
A few different samplers with the pork belly being a favourite and the mushroom arancini delicious…
Changes to my diet over the last 6months is reaping its benefits of an AI protocol lifestyle - it’s been tough but so far the medical results are in and it’s pretty cool from a gut health and autoimmune perspective. Not to mention overall health and well being 👍😝🤩
I’m next looking forward to seeing how all of this impacts the changes on my skin since I’ve started. And I don’t mean wrinkles lol! I’m talking pigmentation returning which I’ve seen happen previously 😉👍
Still more to do and enjoying the journey… what better way than good times, food and laughter 🤭

When the simple act of saying hello, I’m thinking of you , how are you doing?, sharing and connecting can mean so much.
It’s a simple thing really and as someone said to me - if I want to I will.
So I do more of what I used to do, just reach out, say Gday and how are you?
Amazing conversations come up and love hearing how everyone’s doing even when people get busy and time gets by….
When I think of you, you will know it 💕🌸💕 and thanks to those that know I’m thinking of them 🥰

Got to love these flowers - a beautiful bunch and always a great perfume, so I was told! I missed them in bloom but now they will be a stunner…
Thoughts going out to friends who are struggling today and maybe in need of a lift 🌼🌼
Tomorrow is a new day and ready to start a fresh!
A little belated but still got there! Has been an enjoyable week and enjoying the time in Brisbane this week. What was to be a coaching training us turned out to be a training of another kind, one I’m gratefully going on the journey of.
New learnings, challenges and opportunities to grow- understand myself more and being happy sitting in the grit!
Each time along the way - being in the now… not in the past regretting what’s been done - not the future worrying about what has yet to happen.
As some wise women have shared with me of late, how they’ve coped through some of their biggest challenges in life:
“I’ve learnt in life you can’t worry about tomorrow, I just focus in on me and the now”
“Jo - I’ve learnt some things I’ve got to let go of and forgive others and move on.”
