Wow wow wow , aren’t we excited to have the president of the @canadianphysiquealliance @ronldhache back on @gofigurepodcastoz for the second time this year and also to wrap up the final episode for the year. Prepping myself for my pro debut has been such an enjoyable journey this far I didn’t think I could do it but I’m proving myself wrong and believing in myself . I read a quote the other day it goes like this … ‘believe in yourself so much that the universe has no other choice but to deliver ‘, that really stuck with me. I want to let anyone reading this today that believing in yourself is a choice and a person commitment and contract that you forge! It doesn’t mean you will@be free from the discomfort or the challenges or what the universe throws at you but what it means is that because you choose you …. You also choose what comes with it! Not fighting that resistance makes the journey so much more enjoyable.
