Jalak, Rodney, Lizzy, Georgie, and EJ headed off to this year’s TEDX, themed “Tipping Point”. They were drawn to discover what will send us over the edge into the creation of a new world, ways of re-imagining all aspects of society and re-constructing our economic systems for a purpose driven new era. Wow. Mind-expanding! Some of the key takeouts that resonated with the team and company values were mental health, well-being continuous improvement (being better than you were yesterday) and sustainability.
