What are some Christmas staples that you will be making with your Thermomix®?

One of mine will be the Portuguese Queen's cake👑.

I have been asked by a few people if I was taking orders for the cake I posted this week, picture is below.

It’s not an easy cake to make with the help of the Thermomix® to make the egg cream/jam I still spend about 2 hours in the kitchen.

After speaking with some cakemakers which have helped me with what fair price I should change. So I have decided to take some orders

So for a 10inch cake which is the one I made it will be $80

I can also make either smaller or bigger ones (price to be calculated on the size)
