This is an accidental art produced by a wrong camera setting, and I’m happy with how it turned out by chance.
Sometimes the process of making art or engaging in creative activities involves a series of accidents, with your hands or body moving in a ‘Let-It-Happen’ motion.
Embrace it, and you might experience joy and surprises.

I will write down a bit about my role as a therapist/facilitator/advocate, which I never took the space for it in here. This is a repeat of the previous post but I’ve decided not to rely on the auto-translate. 😁
So in my sessions, I don't provide clients with the 'answers' to something that is held within them.
Instead, I assist clients in tapping into their inner wisdom, helping them in gaining awareness and drawing their own findings and conclusions.
Modalities such as art therapy , reiki, and crystals, are served as tools and guides for the clients to activate their intuition and allow them to access their deep-self through them.
Colours are chosen from a variety, and lines are drawn freely without overthinking. Stones are selected randomly from the assortment, each representing something significant because it is a response to the call of your heart or of the subconscious.
I set up and deliver the space to allow your all senses of your body to be open and play with art, stones, or even move your body.
While relishing the creative aspect of the process, it would be wonderful if you could also connect and bond with your inner wisdom in that expression.
I'm here to accompany you in having a deep conversation with yourself at the safe and relaxed space.
Additionally, I will use Reiki to help balance your mind and body.

私のセッションについて、普段は絶対に書かない長文ですが、お時間があればお付き合いくださると嬉しいです☺️
私のセッションでは、こちらからお客さまへ「答え」をお伝えするような事はなく、お客さまがご自分でヒントとなる気づきや、答えを導き出されるためのプロセスをお供させていただいてます。
それはレイキ、アートセラピー、また、より直感的なアプローチとしてクリスタルを使いますが、どの方法もその為のお供であり導き手となります。
沢山の色の中から選んだのは、あの色とこの色だったり。
パッと目に入って選んだ石はこれだったり。
あれこれ考えずに思いのままに描いた数々の線や、重ねて塗った色たち、切り抜いた形だったり。
選んだ石を、ただ思うままに並べてみたり。
そこには心の声の呼びかけに答えたものが表われます。
ご自分の中にある「なぜかわからないけれど」湧き上がる、
感覚を注視したり、一つずつ掘り下げていく中で促しが起こったり。
確かめながら一つひとつ進んでいくと、やがてご自分の中にある何かに辿り着いたり、出会いがあったりします。
ゆっくり深い呼吸と共に
ご自分の中に入って、見つける。
その更に奥にいる「自分」と出会う。
焦らず、急がず。
ご自分のその時感じた感覚を手に任せて、アートや石でカタチにすると、ご自分の内側の声がのっていることも、楽しんでいただけるのでは無いかと思っています。
普段抱えている想いが多いけれど、なかなかそれを人に言えないとか、
気持ちが落ち着かず、考えもまとまらない、不安。
遊び感覚でアートや石に触れたい、など。
どんなきっかけでいらしても、セッションを通してきっとお客様と、内側のご自身との新しい出会いが待っているはず。
心配事を一旦脇に置いて、ご自身とじっくり対話していただけるよう、お供させていただきます。
また安心してセッションをお受けいただけるよう、セッションの場と、お客さまの心身の緊張も緩んで頂ける様、レイキも使います。

The theme explores the beauty and charm found in imperfection. In our everyday lives, there might be something that strikes us as uniquely beautiful, despite its imperfections. It could be an old, fluffy bear with misaligned eyes, or a flower with petals that have fallen, creating gaps.

As we delve into our inner landscape, we discover and amplify what captivates us with its beauty and charm. We express these sentiments through simple drawings, cherishing this sense of appreciation.

7月から日本語のオンライン表現アートスペースはじまりました。😊
今月は週２回のペースで行います。

日常から一旦離れ、ご自分のためだけの創造性を発揮して気分転換を図ったり、気持ちを確かめたり整理したり。そしてそれらを、今度はいつもの言葉の代わりに色を使って、簡単な絵やシンボルマークで表現してみる。

Every session was exciting yet insightful, and they left me with honour and peace of mind. :-)
