In December 2019 I hit rock bottom and went to Bali to see a Shaman.
These are the 3 messages she shared with me:
1. The business partnership you’ve just gotten into is one of the best decisions you’ve ever made
2. You and her have a soul-bond which doesn’t require presence. It exists far beyond this world and cannot be broken.
3. In 2021 you’ll make more money than you’ll need. Be wise with it.
Everything feels that way. It’s all playing out. The Shaman was right.
My 2021 in numbers:
🏃🏽 Ran 3 marathons
🏊🏽 Did a 10km marathon swim (was brutal)
💆🏽♂️ Worked my body up to complete a 3 day fast on just water.
🛫 I relocated to Byron Bay, a place I now call home.
🤲🏼 Hired more people than I fired, and there was growth and beauty in both
💪🏼 I’ve challenged so many of my limitations in order to tap into the full expression of myself, reading out loud was one of them.
😴 Slept 7.5h on average every night.
🪐 Cut physical ties with the person who smacked me awake and introduced me to my spiritual self
✨ Met some people who have been part of my everyday life and growth - I call these people family now and I can’t even begin to remember what life was like without them (you know who you are).
🎙Started a podcast called Defiant Talk
🦞 I wrote and published a book which went on sale on Amazon on August 25th
🐶 I co-parented a dog called Brooklyn
🫂 I had a life changing moment buying lunch to 2 homeless men. It was humbling to see them and relate to them as souls.
🍃 I started seeing a healer, then stopped seeing a healer.
🖤 Got matching tattoos with 3 different people.
💸 Ive made the most money I’ve ever made in a calendar year
👁 I stuck to my non-negotiable truth despite the pressures of the outside world.
🌙 I jumped in the ocean at night to welcome every new moon, the final one was in Gemini on December 18th
📚 I finished 12 books the most I’ve read in a year (Top 3 in this order: Untamed, Conversations with God, and Greenlights)
🖊 Wrote 236 journal pages
📸 I started taking photos again
🧘🏽♂️ Meditated most days
💻 Learnt about, minted, bought and sold NFTs
🛵 Bought a car, sold a car, bought a scooter, bought a car again.
🚫 I have been completely sober for the entire year
**And I did all this while the media kept reminding the world to slow down and stay home.
My word for 2021 was HEALING.
I have witnessed myself choose love over fear time and time again and I cannot wait to see what I can channel and manifest for this next trip around the sun…
