It's astonishing that we are still reaching for these 'firsts' in 2021, but that's another one ticked off!

Movie Time! The Cinema is one of the simplest joys in my life. I love films with Women driving the story, or a strong female angle to the plot.

Wonderful to see Dame Sarah Gilbert, a woman in full command of her abilities and intellect, get acknowledged for her work.

I seem to be in a very fortunate position, with a GP who really listens and asks lots of questions.

The old ways of women keeping things to themselves and trying not to complain, serves no-one: not the future generations of women, not their families and colleagues and certainly not themselves.

Why shouldn't we be able to articulate the challenges we are facing? Why is 'Women's Trouble' so inconvenient?

While someone is working hard to achieve or create, the sideline critic is taking the easy option.
Let's raise other women up, not drag them down.
