This is a 6 inch cake 5.5 inches high which gave me 28 generous serves, I could have stretched it out to 32 but no one wants a small piece of cake . I kept this cake to make a quick cake cutting video , I have a lot of people ask me how to cut such a tall cake? Or how do I get enough serves out of my cake? First of all yes I usually wear gloves 🧤 (hygiene first, but this cake was made just for a demonstration video) . Secondly it was a little hard to cut as it just came out of my fridge 😆.
