🧀 **Get Ready for the Raclette Igloo Experience in Sydney!** 🧀

We had a sneak peek tonight! Premium igloos, falling snow, mulled wine , crackling fire pits, and twinkling lights—all against the backdrop of Sydney's skyline.

When? From June 28th to July 28th, the Broadway Sydney Rooftop will transform into a French Alps-inspired wonderland.

🏔️ **What's the Raclette Igloo Experience?**
We arrive via the car park lifts (press 4) and enter a winter wonderland- an igloo dressed with furs, tables and chairs, a big platter of sliced Raclette cheese, bottles of mulled wine and steamed potatoes.

❤️🧀Raclette, is a traditional French dish, we get stuck in…melting cheese and pouring it over potatoes, cured meats, and pickles. The Raclette grill, is shared by us all as we pop paddles of cheese under the grill. It’s a fun atmosphere and we head outside to toast marshmallows.

We fell in love with the Spice Girls "Colours of the world, Spice up your life" and we just tried Macca’s new and hottest-ever Feisty McSpicy range, featuring a new Feisty Hot Sauce. 🍔🍟🍔 Give me a hose! 🌶🌶 Water please!🫗🫗

Whooooaaaaahhhh it's hot. Not in a way a Zinger is a bit more spicy but in a way we don't need to put the heater on to keep us warm for the next few minutes. Good on Macca's for going full force. When they say hot sauce, yep! It's a ripper.🌶🌶🌶🌶

The Feisty McSpicy range includes the three burgers: 🍔Feisty McSpicy – Macca’s hottest burger yet, 🍔Double Feisty McSpicy, 🍔Cheese and Bacon Feisty McSpicy which was the favourite of the bunch.

This week they collaborated to release a limited edition new combo pack which we just tried.

It all arrived in a sustainable cardboard box and we chose the veggie option. A yummy Taco Bell’s classic veggie cheesy burrito is filled with fcrushed up pieces of fully loaded Ultimate Cheese Shapes, packed with beans, rice and yummy cheese. 🧀

We created a double dipping experience with a side of Taco Bell’s famous Lava Sauce which we topped with a little pot of crushed Fully Loaded Ultimate Cheese Shapes. Our vote is to add seasoned fries. It's a lot of fun.

What a few days to test out our new snazzy lemon Blunt Umbrella!! Engineered to last generations with a ”Good as New” repair not replace program.

We love that’s it’s intentionally modular and has a smooth as silk open and shut canopy with those signature soft curves and edges called
BLUNT tips. Really comfy handle.

We did some rigorous testing in those crazy wild winds- it weathered yesterdays storm brilliantly.

The downside? Not sure I trust leaving it in a communal umbrella park while I grab lunch!! It’s just too good, everyone will want it..

If you’re reading this, it means I’ve successfully evaded my responsibilities, traded my laptop for a life jacket, and set sail on what I’m calling “The Great Off-the-Grid Adventure- Mostly.” Yep, that’s right, I’m off on a valiant effort to find the lost city of
Atlantis, or at least a really good poolside cocktail. 🍹

It’s like I’m living in the year 1999, but with better hair and
slightly more sophisticated drink choices. So, if you’re emailing me
hoping for a quick response, I must warn you, it’ll be more like
sending a message in a bottle. I'll have a combination of sporadic
wifi, eSIMs and day passes (all of this as dependable as a two-dollar
umbrella in a hurricane), but with my FOMO, you can be sure I'll get
back to you as soon as signal allows.

Wish me fair winds and following seas. I’ll return with tales of high
adventure and possibly a pirate tattoo. Until then, keep your compass true and your spirits high.
