We're proud members of Professionals Advocating for Climate Action, and new members are always welcome! ​ ​🔻 Shout-out your team members on social media (with their permission, of course) for their accomplishments, birthdays and attending team events. Everyone loves a group photo, and the more you share your rich and meaningful company culture with the world, the better. ​ ​🔻 Align with a cause and use your platform to raise awareness for it. Make sure that you choose a cause that aligns with your niche in some way, otherwise it could be confusing and misleading to your audience. Do your research; visit charitynavigator.org for international resources, or acnc.gov.au to stay within Australia. ​ ​​🔻 Live true to your company values. It is always beneficial to stop and assess if your company values are ringing true to your internal communications and processes, and how you support and connect with your customers.
