A ‘hole’ different job today, working on a caravan with a ‘hole’ lot of problems, actually just one, a big hole in the roof!

Replaced the roof hatch on this caravan for a client today after the old one snapped and blew off in the wind. Checked for water damage, removed the old one and replaced with a brand new unit and resealed to make it water tight.

Spent today ensuring a house is ready for an upcoming tenancy for a client in Woodend today.
Completed a number of maintenance jobs to make things safe and secure.

This included securing the shed with a new lock, fence repairs, replacing a rotted fascia board on the deck and a number of other jobs.

We also inspected the flue on the wood heater and recommended they engage a qualified plumber to replace the flashing to rectify a water leak, always remember to engage appropriately qualified trades people! Don’t fall for using maintenance people who claim they can do everything, for everyone’s safety there are some jobs that should only be done by qualified trades.
