Arguably my customer's favourite loaf, the cranberry and toasted walnut is back for this week only! ๐Ÿ’

Blended this time with "Junior" grains (from ) which have a leathery fragrance that works so nicely in a fruit loaf.

From "but it's pretty cool to consider that we aren't born preprogrammed for disease. That most of our lifetime disease risk is MODIFIABLE through diet and lifestyle.

Now, TO BE CLEAR, I'm not saying that every disease is only 20% heritable. There are some, like cystic fibrosis, that are 100% genetic.

On World Bread Day this is my testament to bread...and a few flashbacks!

We love bread in all its shapes and sizes โœŒ soft and chewy, DARK and gnarled, filled with juicy figs or raisins, wheat free and soft sandwich, topped with crunchy seeds or folded with spent grains, sweetened with MAPLE ๐Ÿ syrup and lashings of the freshest olive oil ๐Ÿซ’

Bread is PRIMAL, it's ancient, historical, soul-filling, JOY inducing, hug-giving, satiating, reminds us to reach our NEIGHBOURS and share our daily bread. ๐ŸŒพ
