We are pumped to announce the launch of an additional midweek Aerox (Hyrox) class to complement our extremely effective and enjoyable Sunday sessions.
More opportunities to train with the community is always motivating, and our doors continue to remain open to all health enthusiasts eager to immerse in more quality coaching and new structured training.
The Tuesday Experience Adventure: 🏃🏻♀️
• The new midweek Aerox class features an personalised and innovative setup that provides better flexibility and inclusiveness to your routine.
1. MUSCLE 🏋️ 2. MOTOR 🚴
• The class is broken down into 2 customized components. A ‘Muscle’ and a ‘Motor’ both led by 2 incredible Coaches simultaneously.
• You can choose which component to start with based of preference and priority, allowing the personalised freedom for a impactful shorter workout.
• Ultimately, the choice is yours. Choose your adventure for 30 minutes of training or continue on for complete effort in a full 60+ minute Hyrox class.
The New Aerox Class BEGINS THIS TUESDAY 7th MAY at 5pm. (Tomorrow) We are still welcoming all our friends from local gyms and encourage everyone to jump in on the fun.

What is... AeroTHRESHOLD❔

AeroTHRESHOLD: 🤝🏼
This class focuses on increasing your anaerobic threshold, that crucial point during high-intensity exercise where your body transitions from aerobic energy production (with oxygen) to anaerobic energy production (without oxygen). In AeroThreshold, you will engage in intense, sustained periods of physical activity with a mix of bodyweight exercises, Concept2 Machines, and dumbbell and kettlebell lifts. Our goal is to help you improve your endurance, enabling you to work harder and longer before fatigue sets in. As your threshold improves, your ability to maintain high-intensity workouts will significantly enhance.

Whether you are rowing in synchronisation on Concept2 machines, performing partnered bodyweight exercises, or sharing the load in dumbbell and kettlebell routines, every session is a challenge that the team faces together.

The Team sessions this Saturday at 7:30am and 8:30 will be inspired by the encouragement of having a conversation and being there for one another.👂🏼
