Saturday arvo on the farm getting the stub on this tank repaired. We also put on a few supports to help spread the load and reduce the risk of re cracking.
The old drain finally gave up the ghost on this spray tank, so we made a new 1 inch plug set up to keep the goodness inside and not on the tray.
A nice Sunday morning adventure to get this old girl back in action.
Now that was a solid mission to get interior back together.
From a handful of pieces we managed to make it work.
When you get a new tank for the and they put the overflow on the wrong end π€¦ββοΈ .
Lucky we know a guy who can make it all good π.
A quick little repair on this motorbike faring to keep us out of the pub for the morning at least.
Who would of thought we would of got this far.

That was a mission. The old tank has seen better days but with a bit of work we got her to hold fluid again.

This was something new in the plastic factory today, some buggy parts in for a freshen up.
We can put golf buggy on the list of things we have done now.
When the exhaust comes off and goes to war with the side of the tank.
Polyethylene has a melting point of 270 degrees so it would of been a tad toastie to have ended up in that condition.
We did a repair on this spray tank a few moons ago and she has let go again. A quick repair, re cut the thread and it will back out spraying the fields in the morning.
We finally made it back to get this Bunu tank finnished off and got out before the rain turned up.
Another fuel tank in for some much needed TLC.
A solid morning down the highway to get this tank sorted and a new bottom in the esky.
We are under lights at the plastic factory tonight. Fuel tanks are keeping us busy at the moment, but if you get a split please don't put the black death on it like this guy did. Just get it touch and we will get you sorted and back on the paddock in no time.
When the groundsman is a petrol sniffer from way back and can't wait untill knock off for a quick hit.
The filler neck was brutally torn from the tank on this super fast ride on, but we managed to get her back together and keep the fumes safe from stray nostrils.
We slipped out to Tannum to get this slimline tank sorted for the Kindy.
We always support the local community here at SPW so this one was on us.
Another chilly bin in for a 2 day shutty. The lid has seen better days so we strengthened it up and put in some lugs on for a strap to help take the stress off the hinges.
If it's plastic and you can think it we can do it.
We did a few mods to the big to make it a bit easier to slip the 3 metries in.
A couple of hinges and a handle to make life easier on the big great blue.
If its plastic we will give it a go.
The old blower Handel had copped a bit of punishment be we were able to get it back together.
A quick trip down the A1 to get this old girl fixed up at Miriam Vale.
Saturdays are for plastic welding and cold beverages.

A few more touch ups for the . The headlight surrounds were showing their age but with a lick of paint they will be brand new.
