How yummy does this look? A quick and easy crown pleaser using some of amazing flavours.

My take on a KFC chicken fillet using flavourista.

Mix 3 tablespoons of Thyme for garlic, 3 tablespoons French onion twist and 2 Tablespoons of lemon chilli salt into 250ml buttermilk. Add chicken breast/thigh fillets. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

Mix 2 cups of plain flour as well as the same quantity of spices together. Coat chicken in flour and fry.

Tasted as good as KFC (actually my kids said it was better).

Toasted Turkish bread with champagne ham, tomato and cheese and finished off with this amazing new flavourista blend. Take your toasties to a whole new level.

There’s nothing better than being able to prepare food ahead of time.

These mini cheesecake bites by Lorraine are perfect for planning ahead!

Serves 12
Ingredients:
250g block cream cheese
3 tablespoons Irish Cream Topping
3 tablespoons Snowflake Chocolate Powder
1 packet of small, sweet pastry cases
Beat softened cream cheese until light and fluffy, then add in all other ingredients and whip together.
Put mixture into a piping bag, then pipe into small cases.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Suitable to freeze.
