Construction work resumes at our land lease community, kicking off the next phase of delivery with excitement and progress. Here, our boys on the ground pour concrete as we build the future of a vibrant seniors living community.

No one's more excited than us to get cracking on this and we look forward to inviting everyone to have a look in the near future!

Great news for golf fans -

Hole in one for Tamworth as council secures three-year deal with Golf NSW The deal will bring three professional tournaments to the region.

It was lovely to meet new people in the community at the Loving Your Later Life Expo earlier in the month. It looks like everyone enjoyed the day and hopefully got some useful information. Drop by our display suite in Peel St and have a chat to Peter about our development in Hillsdale.

We have been busy sharing the commitment to our community by organising some events and educating people about downsizing, lifestyle and the advantages of living in a community.

Most recently we hosted The Tamworth Lions Club and The Tamworth Hospital Auxiliary. A lovely morning tea was shared during an engaging presentation with a donation to the club and a lucky door prize.

Thank you for the amazing work these clubs perform and we look forward to seeing some of you in our resort.

We have received several enquiries about Kingdom Developments and the fact that they have pulled out of the sale of the Longyard Golf Course. Please note that this has nothing to do with the Majestic Tamworth development which isn’t affected at all by this. Majestic Tamworth is proceeding on all fronts and has no association or connection in any way with Kingdom developments. The Longyard Golf Club continues to operate under the current owner who has his own plans for the future of the club and the course.

A quick production update: Wet weather and a national shortage of concrete pipe supply have delayed the civil construction slightly. Local contractor TPE have now been engaged and are due to commence on-site works in October, with homes now due in February ready for final site connections and landscaping.
