After the application was submitted (submitted on 04/Mar/2024) and during the process, we explained why the invitation should be given to the customer through legal submission, and successfully obtained the formal invitation on 22/03/2024. ⚠️📢Important updates on 3.23 student visa and Temporary Graduate work visa:

Change 1: The language requirement for subclass 500 students has been raised from the equivalent of IELTS 5.5 to 6.0. The IELTS requirement will be increased from 4.5 to 5.0 (or equivalent) if you take a packaged language courses before main course.

Change 2: For the subclass 485 Temporary Graudate Work visa, the language requirement has been increased from IELTS 6.0 (no band less than 5.0)to 6.5 (no band less than 5.5) (or equivalent). And the test validity period is reduced from 3 years to 1 year immedietly before submitting the 485 application.

Change 3: The previous GTE statement will be substituted by Genunie Student Test, which will ask the applicant questions about their study intentions and their economic circumstances, with a declaration to be made that they understand what it means to be a genuine student。

Applicants who have prepared to submit the applications but have not yet submitted them should pay attention to the changes in this policy and speed up submitting their applications before 23/March/2024.
