Traffic were engaged to develop a strategy and create a new brand identity to support their business goals in line with its objectives and future growth plans.
Through the immersion phase, it became evident that the strength of the business was the level of customer experience offered, which led to the positioning of 'Stronger Together', reflecting the power of relationships in achieving results.
This is reflected in the new brand design, symbolised by the reinterpretation of the 3 geese, a symbol of partnership and the core ethos of the brand.
Ticketblaster has operated in the experience, events & ticketing industry since 2003 as a preferred authorised agent for both Australian and international major sporting events such as the AFL, F1 GP, Grand Slam tennis and more, whilst still offering ‘once in a lifetime’ ticket experiences at sold-out concerts such as Ed Sheeran.
With a desire to be perceived as more than “just a sporting ticketing brand”, Traffic was tasked with creating a new name and brand identity for the business in line with its global business expansion. As such, Ticketverse was born.
The updated brand identity has been introduced across their website, social media channels, office/ environment signage, and as the foundation for their collateral and proposal needs.

Creating a new brand identity, SERV, to steer the Victorian Land Registry Service into the future, embracing technology and innovation. The identity emphasises shape and colour to create a sense of how technology can influence and enhance our everyday lives. A notion that is encapsulated by the fluidity of the lines, colours and logo mark.
The Victorian Land Registry Service (VLRS), was the first commercial entity appointed by the Victorian Government to run the Land Titles Registry. Having established credibility through seamless management, improved focus on customer services and considerable investment in upgrading the technical systems infrastructure to world-leading standards, it was time for the brand to review its identity.
Traffic was appointed as agency partner to deliver the brand transformation, creating a new brand identity, strategic brand positioning, personality and tone of voice that resonated with a diverse audience base, whilst supporting the brand’s reason for being, "to ‘serve’ the people of Victoria".
Traffic were tasked to create a 'one of a kind' campaign for Ryman Healthcare to attract their 'kind' of people as they celebrate 40 years in the business of caring for others in New Zealand, and now as they grow in Victoria.
The word ‘kind’ is key to this campaign as it embodies the nature of their staff, environment, culture, and at the end of the day, is the reason the people who work at Ryman are ‘one of a kind’.

Following COVID lockdowns, Brisbane Airport noticed a shift in the behaviour of their parking customers and wanted to develop a new campaign in line with these changes.
Traffic developed the ‘Driver’s Seat’ campaign to reflect the shift in customers’ desire to regain control after a period of uncertainty. The campaign taps into a sentiment that allows customers to lean into a sense of convenience and the comfort of being ‘at home’ being behind the wheel of their personal vehicle.
