I’ve been searching a large rug for this space for a long time. Then I fell in love with this beauty.
The latest Bridgerton release has seen lots of inspired products entering the market place. None moreso than the lovely Bridgerton range from Ruggable. What’s not to love about a rug that’s made to suit modern family life. Just throw in the washer and it’s as good as new.
I wont recommend products to clients if I haven’t seen them in action. I like to think of myself as a quality controller, that’s why I get hired. These rugs are high end quality and I’m happy to give them my ✔️of approval. Absolutely wonderful 🥰

A pretty vignette to brighten your day. This is Clementine from Forever Flowering sitting proud on my coffee table. Combine with a couple of books or even your pick of magazines and you have a story.

Many of you may already be aware of my interior design journey over the last few years. From knowing I needed to make some changes in my life. Then taking a leap and trying a job I had no idea at the time I would be any good at, and would grow to love like nothing else. To completing qualifications and a mentorship that’s pushed me to the point I’m at now, inspired me to go for my dreams, and to be the best version of myself I possibly can. Because that’s what my family deserves, that’s what my clients deserve and that’s what I deserve.

Launching a business and all the hopes and work involved with that is scary and exhilarating all at the same time. But I keep telling myself that every journey is just a series of small steps, one foot in front of the other. The key to success is to keep stepping forward.

Working with samples is the best way to ensure the correct colour and texture of finishes. Computer screens and other devices rarely give the true impression of a product, and if solely relied on, can lead to disappointing results. Always double check with a sample. You can’t beat the real thing. ♥️

These are my new favourite thing for the laundry. Closet steamers are the latest time and eco saver to become the ‘in thing’ in gadgetry.
They revitalise clothes between washes and eliminate some odours, meaning less washing all round.
The best thing is they are no more of an outlay than a good quality washer, and will fit in most laundry rooms with a bit of clever redesign.
I’m up for it if you are! 😀

I’m working on a bathroom renovation today. At the mood board stage, I try to get a feel for exactly what my client is looking for. It’s a work in progress. Beautiful fixtures and fittings make life easy ♥️

I’m generally not overly fond of dark, saturated colour. It can, on occasion be overwhelming. But I’m having serious kitchen envy over this beauty. The copper with the black just pings. It’s classy, classic, and a little fun.
