Update: Sadly both Mel and Heidi have been unwell all week, and not showing any signs of improvement. It is with a heavy heart that we have to cancel this event.
Listening to our own bodies is one of the most important things to do for self healing, so we are honouring that in the best way we can. We do hope you can join us for our next one. Watch this space as we hope to release that soon. xx

Many people I speak to say they can’t meditate and that their minds just can’t switch off as it is way too full and too busy. The truth is, people are way too hard on themselves, striving for perfection….I know this from my own personal first experience with meditation many moons ago.💫

Meditation is not about ‘emptying the mind’ but in fact it is simply about the practice of surrendering to fact that we will have a monkey mind and that’s ok. Let’s not forget we are merely human and this is part of our human existence. 🌺

It is about allowing us to be present, observing what is going on in there. Simply by the art of the practice, along with awareness and mindfulness, we are able to observe how those thoughts affect us and whether those thought patterns are serving us well or that we may prefer to change those thought patterns. Just this practice in itself actually relaxes the body, the nervous system and the mind. It allows to connect much more deeply to our soul, the true essence of who we are. 🧚‍♀️
