The role of Customer Care Coordinator involves liaising between clients, support coordinators and the Rostering Officer to ensure that a high standard of support is delivered. Must have good written communication skills with great attention to detail as the role involves preparing care plans and service agreements. Relevant qualifications are preferred but not essential.

Build rapport and develop relationships with participants and support workers
Ensure care plans are in place, up-to-date and being implemented during service
Office based role Monday-Friday either 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm (Woree location)
Youth Support Workers
Build rapport and support children 1:1 between the ages 5-17 years living in residential care
Provide emotional support, manage challenging behaviour and maintain healthy routines and living environments for children in our care
Light domestic tasks of meal preparation and cooking required

Job Opportunity! Port Douglas - Support Work
We are currently recruiting people in Port Douglas to be Support Workers assisting people living with disabilities. Minimum of 10 hours per week with tasks including taking clients to appointments, helping around the house with cleaning and meal preparation and engaging clients in activities in the community.

Residential Care Officer – Manage the daily running of the households and the support team who care for the residents and young people.
Service Delivery Officer – Liaise between the clients, support coordinators and the roster team to ensure our people are getting the right care and support needed to live their best lives.
Rostering Officer – Use the knowledge gained about individual support workers and the people that we care for, to match and roster the right people on the right shift at the right time – at all times!
