NSW Variety Bash Car A101 TOTAL FIRE
We're hitting the road in May for the 2024 NSW Variety Bash.

So, the Bash is done for another year, and we are very pleased to say that our car raised $32,176 for Variety. We would like to humbly thank all of our supporters for getting behind this great charity.
We had a poor start where our car failed on the actual start line, it was a failed distributor module. A lovely guy walking by said he had one in Tamworth that we could have which got us going after a 3-hour delay. This just goes to show how people come together to keep things moving on the Bash!
There were many laughs and smiles over the week, we handed out well over 200 show bags to the kids, had lots of bacon and egg rolls, locked our keys in the car, had our doorhandles vegemited and on the last morning found lawn furniture stacked on top of our car. All good fun with a great group of people.
We now start to consider next years bash and already have a list of jobs to do on the car.

Day 1 was disappointing for us as the car broke down at the start line with a distributor module failure. Luckily a nice bloke walked by and said he had one in Tamworth we could have! Many thanks to Caroline & Steph Ellis for driving to Tamworth, retreiving the part and bringing it back to us. We lost 3 hours and had to drive straight to Warwick to catch up with the pack. Off to Roma today👍
