We love a classic and elegant all black swimsuit.

With the Hermosa long sleeve surfsuit it’s all about the details - The upper half consists of a contrasting rice grain fabric (zoom in to check it out) with white piping at the waist. This fabric is of course recycled ♻️ so that you can look glamorous whilst doing your bit to help out our Earth 🌏

Our surfsuits are made for women that love the ocean 🌊 and strive to minimise their impact on our earth 🌏. By using fabric which involves retrieving and recycling ghost nets and other marine litter from our oceans we start a circular journey for these materials preventing them from ending up back in our oceans ♻️

The OSA surfsuit features our custom printed fabric. We were happy to be able to find a local printer who could print on to sustainable Carvico techno-fabric which contains 22% Xtra life Lycra which resists fabric break down more than five times longer than your average chlorine-resistant spandex. Sourcing our materials as close to home as we can reduces our environmental impact and increases the impact every purchase has toward supporting our local community.

The OSA peninsula. 🌴🐆

The inspiration for the third surfsuit in our collection. The OSA peninsula of Costa Rica mostly consists of the protected areas of Corcovado National Park - luscious jungle that meets a splendorous coastline and accounts for a quarter of Costa Rica’s land mass. It was described by the National Geographic as “the most biologically intense place in the world” and is truly a special place in a world facing ecological challenges predominantly driven by decisions made for immediate economy rather than through guardianship for the future.
