In line with World Sight Day, I’d love to share my story with you to encourage regular eye checks. 👏🏼 A few months ago, I visited my local optometrist because I noticed a decline in my distance vision. Since high school I’ve worn low-key lenses to help with eyestrain for 5+ hours of screen time per day, but since then I’ve developed myopia (short-sightedness). So now I wear vision correction to drive, watch movies, browse shops, watch sport, sunsets and watch the trees move. It’s WONDERFUL being able to see life in such clarity again. 🙏🏼 The 2020 Vision Index Report supports the idea that Aussies are in need of an eye health reset, so do yourself a favour and get a check-up!
