📣 TUESDAY TIPS

Who is doing an East Coast Road Trip between Melbourne and Sydney? 🙋🏼‍♀️

Then this place MUST be on your list to stop at!

🚗 It is about half way between Sydney and Melbourne on the coast road (around 6 hours drive from each capital city - without stops).

With loads to explore between Melbourne and Sydney you could easily do anywhere from a 5 day road trip... (which would be lots of driving and a lot less exploring)... to many weeks in this area. Beautiful beaches, zoos, nature, walks, good food, adventure parks, national parks and more.

This is PAMBULA BEACH and MERIMBULA.

🦘 It is beautiful with loads of wild kangaroos just hoping around daily nearby Pambula Beach - you can experience them in their natural habitat.

➡️ Have you heard of it? Have you been there?

If you would like help to plan your East Coast Road Trip comment "EAST COAST" below.

POV: soak in a serene bathhouse after an incredible wellness massage whilst immersing in beautiful decor…

An honest review…

📌 SAVE if you are planning a girls weekend, a couples retreat or some solo rejuvenation and you are heading to Brisbane!

📍This is Soak Bathhouse

In West End, not far from South Bank, Brisbane it is well worth booking yourself in for some self care on your trip to Brisbane. If you love tranquil bathhouses, spa days, wellness journeys and connecting with yourself, your friends or partner this is a MUST visit.

I’m always including some spa time in my travels, it’s so good!!

💆‍♀️Massage
I chose deep tissue and my therapist was great. He was happy to let me indulge peacefully in my massage, made sure I was comfortable and took me on a journey to release then offered some friendly chat post my treatment to ensure I had a great experience.

💦Clean facilities
Still & sparkling water on tap as well as a number of teas to sip on throughout your bath session. Steam room and sauna were great before I entered the 12.5.C cold plunge (first timer here and doing 5 mins - happy with that)

🤩Lovely happy staff and reasonably priced

Would I go back, absolutely! Bring on the zen!

📍SAVE for later: HOT TIP on snorkelling the GBR in AUS 🏝️

🇦🇺 Planning a trip to AUSTRALIA?

No trip to AUS is complete without a trip to the GREAT BARRIER REEF (especially if it is your first time visiting).

You don’t need to go to Cairns to see the reef there are loads of incredible snorkelling locations and ways to see the reef.

The southern end of the reef is beautiful any time of year (if your trip falls in Nov-April when it is wet/cyclone season in Far North Queensland this is not the best time to visit Cairns or the Whitsundays for example so consider the southern end of the reef).

Hot spots include:

☀️ Lady Musgrave Island
Lady Musgrave Experience

🐢 Lady Elliott Island Lady Elliot Island Eco Resort

🪸 Heron Island Heron Island

Or if snorkelling is your thing but not necessarily keen on the reef - then try Moreton Island to snorkel the wrecks (it is just off the coast of Visit Brisbane).

ABSOLUTE MUST VISIT ONCE IN YOUR LIFE ⬇️

🐋☀️🐢NINGALOO REEF & CORAL BAY in Western Australia

That’s right these images are exactly as I took them when we explored NINGALOO.

This is just a tiny snapshot but if you are an ocean, nature lover it is how you feel when you actually experience this place is! For me… phenomenal! A feeling of freedom of floating in stillness! A remote place but absolutely hands down a must visit once (or many) times in your life.

It’s about a 12 hour drive north of Perth or a short flight and it is definitely worth it.

Best time to visit is from April to October (we were there in early July) and some tour operators close for summer when it is cyclone season.

Find a way to weave NINGALOO REEF into your AUSTRALIA holiday or vacation itinerary.

You don’t want to waste your time researching or scrolling google and social media for hours to find some decent or special experiences. ❌

SO…

☀️ Ciao Papi- Howard Smith Wharves - incredible views of the story bridge lighting up at night to showcase the city. Tried and tested, fast lovely service and

☀️Hellenika- delectable food with delicious decor and a poolside view on James Street. Tried and tested - the saganaki is to die for.

☀️ Same Same Restaurant- scrumptious asian fusion in the Fortitude Valley, also tried and tested!! Yum!

☀️ Carmen Tequileria - Mexican on James Street and it is next on my list to try for my trip to Brisbane. I hear great reviews, the decor looks on point and the cocktail menu looks tasty!
