Starting this new job whilst the sun is shining ☀️. Our youngest team member (‘the foreman’ so he thinks) is supporting our backhoe driver - aka Grandad.

The plastering crew are at the Peeramon build and a beautiful rock fireplace is being constructed at our job in Atherton. We can’t wait to share progress of our current jobs with you.

David Stokes Building is taking expressions of interest from young people looking to join the construction industry in the near future. We are hoping to employee a reliable apprentice to join the team in the coming months.

David's work is based across the Southern Tablelands with majority of his work based in Malanda.

- Seeking an Apprentice. We are willing to trial a few school students over the holiday periods to find the best fit for someone even finishing school at the end of the year.

- Must have a license and own vehicle. Construction White Card holder preferred.

We’re trying something a little different this year… 🌾

The Malanda Show Society will be holding its inaugural Rural Ambassador Program alongside the 2022 show season.

We’re on the hunt for anyone between the ages of 15 & 30 who has a passion for agriculture to join us in the promoting the industries of the Atherton Tablelands and agricultural shows.
This program will be divided into a junior and senior age group and aims to build confidence, establish strong bonds and ultimately, be a great time!

If you think you might be interested in joining us, reach out! Our coordinator, Georgia, is always happy to chat!

This project was very special for David Stokes Building - the first new home for a client. A huge thank you to our dear friends, Damien and Emma. Thank you for working with us to create such a beautiful home for your family.
