Bois dโenfants (a childhood memory) is a floral, woody, musky fragrance. A walk through the forest near the town of Saint Hilaire in the Vendee region of France where Mr.Rebatchi had been spending summers when he was a child. Albert Fouquetโs masterpiece, a timeless, elegant perfume for the most distinguished men and women. Cardamom and lemon combine to emit a reminiscent intricacy of the sweet, woody and fruity aromas of 20th century Paris.
Albert Fouquet, the son of a Parisian aristocrat, was part of elite. Fouquet created and perfected various essences for his own personal useโaided by Philippe, the family butler. One night during his summer vacation, Albert met and got on very well with a young American student who was touring France in a convertible: John F. K.Within minutes of being introduced, the vain JFK was captivated by the essence that Albert wore. Johnโs charm and congeniality persuaded Albert to leave him a sample of his cologne with a note at the hotel the following morning: โIn this bottle, you will find the dash of French glamour that your American personality lacks.โ
On returning from his vacation, Albert received a letter from John in the U.S.thanking him for the kind gesture and informing him of the success his perfume was enjoying among his friends. He requested that Albert send him eight samples, โand if your production allows, another one for Bobโ.
Albert Fouquet died in a fatal accident, but more requests of the perfumes came from the USA, friends and acquaintances of J.F.K. Such requests were followed up by Philippe, their butler, who would hide the bottles in books carefully punched by hand, to prevent the N***s seizing the perfumes. Due to World War II, Philippe had to leave his job with the Fouquet family as their butler and the perfume remained frozen in time.

AER constructs their perfumes with a different kind of profile. They donโt focus on a classical pyramid structure for constructing fragrance, such as Top Note through to Base Note, but instead develop a linear Heart Note with Top and Base Note aspects.
AER IS ALL HEART
AER began in 2017, when its founder and perfumer Ted Young-Ing could not find the perfect perfume, so he created it!
AERโs collection has grown to a range of nine 30ml 100% botanical perfumes (parfum/extrait/vegan), and all originated from the same ideals: All the perfumes are created in-house, without compromising on integrity, cost or quality. Each is crafted then bottled by hand at the Atelier in Berlin-Mitte.

Two Different worlds in a physical, olfactory exchange; two opposite worlds that converge in a place called Kaos. Dolce Kaos evokes the Sicilian landscape of the land and sea, a countryside blazed and cracked by the August sun, an intense light where all is yellow and rust, a place of stillness where time is marked by the rasp of invisible cicadas. The air is heavy with wild herbs, dry straw and arid hay; the scent of thyme, and of carobs blackened by the burning sun. But the sea talks to the dry land and the cracked earth is soothed by the soft, salty breeze. A mirage under the summer sun, a fusion of land and sea, the intoxication of Dolce Kaos.
