New Project: exciting news, Studio ML to design a new dual occupancy with breathtaking views in Malabar. .studioml

Construction: progress. Following demolition of the existing semi-detached, the ground floor slab at Randwick has been poured. Always a big milestone of construction to get up and out of the ground. Nice job by the team at Build Link Group for working through the difficult site conditions.

New Project: Design. Looking forward to our next project for a new residential dwelling. A site with picturesque and breathtaking water views located in Lake Macquarie.

Construction: progress. Demolition underway in Lugarno, South Sydney to make way for a new family home. Not only a milestone with this project but the clients have also recently welcomed a beautiful baby boy. This house will be even more special for this young family. From all of us from at Studio ML congratulations.

Construction: a newly designed dual occupancy in north west Sydney with construction to get underway shortly. The dwellings are a response to the context of the site and taking advantage of orientation. The building form and character is simple with clean lines and combined with masonry and timber finish, will to contribute to the streetscape.

Family Home : Denham Court, NSW. Games and Theatre room. This will keep the kids and adults entertained, especially during the lockdown. A 2 lane bowling alley equipped with all the goods. A 20 seater theatre room, pass the popcorn and ssshhhhh the movies about to start !!!

Construction: in progress. Construction about to get underway on a semi-detached dwelling in Randwick, designed by .studioml . An alterations and additions to an existing single storey dwelling, with construction of a first floor and retaining part of the front dwelling, that will be renovated. A development that will enhance the streetscape and give life to this derelict and rundown dwelling.

Construction : in progress : Swimming Pool. Family home in Denham Court, NSW. A pool centrally located with the house surrounding it. All living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and balconies have views out to this magnificent pool, being the focal point. With 2 glass edge walls, LED lighting, cabana and landscaping, this space will provide plenty of great memories and fun times to be had in the warmer months of the year.

Construction : in progress : Landscape - family home in Denham Court, NSW. The landscaping is nearing completion. Not only soft but hard landscaping is important and often overlooked. The combination of plant species, colours, textures, materials, contrasts, spaces, all contribute to producing a landscaped area that is truely remarkable that compliments this dwelling and property.

Construction: Update: scaffold down and getting closer to completion, all the elements coming together nicely.

Progress: Construction. Nearing completion of this dwelling in the beautiful Northern Beaches. A dwelling for a young family, spaces to entertain and living rooms bathed in daylight - tick, tick, tick.

Construction Update: Dwelling in South Sydney, moving along nicely. The first floor cladding is being installed. The cladding and face brick gives a relationship of contrast and texture. Nice clean lines to the first floor. Looking good 👌👍

Construction Update: Studio ML is excited to begin construction with extensions to this dwelling in Hunters Hill. The views are stunning.

Great deep sea fishing at Narooma. Plenty of fish caught, delicious dinners coming up !!! 😋 🎣 🐟

Construction: progress. New dwelling works underway in the Northern Beaches. A Hamptons style influenced design, the clients are excited and we look forward to its progress.

Construction: in progress. Up up and away. Work is underway on the first floor of this house in South Sydney. Framing up, looking forward to the exterior cladding. Great job

Design: DA Approval. Another happy client with DA approval from Council for a dual occupancy in South Western Sydney. We look forward to the construction of this little beauty !!

Design: DA Approval. Always satisfying receiving DA approval from Council with very minimal amendments needed and within a very reasonable timeframe. An alterations and additions to a dwelling in a heritage conservation area in the Upper North Shore of Sydney. We updated the existing building and extended to the rear. Respecting the existing character and updating amenity in this day and age for a young family.

Construction: in progress. The swimming pool, being a central feature, and the interiors are starting to take shape in this beautiful big house in Denham Court. The 20 seat cinema (3D image courtesy of 3d Built builders) and 2 lane bowling alley is going to be amazing. built are amazing builders with attention to detail and a fantastic team.

Working with the fantastic structural engineer - SC Engineers for pushing the limits and thinking outside of the box.
