Admin and Production Assist Casual – Galston
We are looking for a suitable person to join our team to assist with co-ordinating day to day event logistics and administration. Live Event Services is an audio visual production company located in Galston. We provide production for the live events industry including concerts, festivals and corporate events.
In joining our team, you will have good communication skills, be familiar with Mac computer, have strong organisation skills, experienced with logistics, staff rostering and timesheets. You will also need a car.
Flexible hours – approx. 14-18hrs per week
Renumeration is negotiable pending level of experience.

Great Outdoor Events presents the great Drive-in Concert and Cinema experience.
Drive-in CONCERT – just add an AUDIENCE!
Great outdoor Events provide a fully staged production with headline artist, backing band and guest musicians. The audience enjoy the concert experience from the safety of their car. The live show is broadcast over FM radio direct to the vehicle. A large LED screen provides a close-up of the performance.
The aim of the Drive-in Concert is to support local government with community activities that also provide local businesses the opportunity to promote and sell local products such as;
