‘Burnout’

This painting will be on display next week at Brunswick Street Gallery
A slightly more personal and experimental piece for me. I consolidated a recent bout of burnout and grief into form and texture as a way of exorcising this mental weight from my own mind, and placing it onto a physical object. You could call it a modern day al-chemical Hex.
