What product to use, in what situation and how to apply it, differs depending on the Season, Location, Application, Weather, Humidity and Timber Species.
There is a lot to consider.
I’ve been speaking with a customer from Aldgate for months about recoating his beautiful Merbau deck (pic is 1 of 3 sections)
Aldgate is in the Adelaide Hills, it gets cold and wet to put it lightly.
We’ve been patiently waiting for a good dry spell to get stuck in, although it was cold we had sunshine and a good breeze coupled with Aqualis H2Oil Winter applied by brush, we managed to get the job done with a great result.
Customer is stoked.

New decking needs to be prepared correctly for the longevity of the timber. Aqaulis Tannin bleed & Timber prep, topped off with Aqualis H2Oil Natural Matt. As per usual excellent craftsmanship from Jimmy .cs

I had a call from Edge Early Learning HQ in Brisbane on Friday last week with an urgent job in Oaklands Park SA, with a short turnaround we shuffled a few jobs around and managed to nail the deadline !! It looks awesome and a lot safer for the groms !!

This Silvertop Ash was looking absolute rubbish !! With a good chat to the customer giving him a realistic expectation of the final product, he was stoked. We gave it a really heavy cut and and buffed in a couple of natural oil coats, needless to say it looks awesome !!!

Tannin bleed, Timber Prep, Coat, Maintain. If your building a deck this is what needs to happen. Keep it simple.
