Hey Everyone I hope you're all fabulous & well. Ive been quiet on socials, busy in real life. After contracting Covid for the second time & finally catching up on appointments I just wanted to take a minute to address the recent price increase as of July 2022.

Its been 9 crazy months since I stepped away from my old workplace and started my business from home.
A lot of you have been coming religiously since then & I am so grateful for that.

Pricing has been adjusted and a lot of changes have been made to the services I provide.
I dont have a pricelist that I can post as I feel each job is individual and personalised for the work needed on the day (when it comes to colourwork) all other services will be set in price.
If you would like information on your new pricing/adjustments, please feel free to reach out prior to your booking & I can clarify them with you.

I appreciate your ongoing support & look forward to this new financial year ~ I can promise I have some exciting plans

*** COVID UPDATE ***

Guys I understand close contact rules have changed, But as a private business I’m entitled to put in place my own rules & regulations moving forward.

Before I go on, I would just like to acknowledge a couple of things around covid. YES, it’s everywhere. YES, we can’t always avoid it. YES, you can get it again & again. YES, it’s just a cold (for some) not all of us.
I know my kids are around it every day at school, but school is compulsory. Trust me, if I could keep them home I would!

Moving forward I would like to put in place my own expectations when visiting my home salon.
~ If you’re a close contact (someone in your home has covid) RESCHEDULE your appointment. Do NOT still come to your hair appointment.
*** Here’s why ~ You’re 1 person.
Having to wait just 1 week to be clear. If you still come to your appointment because you’re healthy on that day & fall sick the next day or two, which is highly likely, you’ve quite possibly infected me & then affected a whole seven days of clients & their appointments because I am sick & cannot work.
((Not to mention covid knocked me for 3 weeks the first time it got me))

PLEASE do the right thing, not just for me, but for all my other clients & also for my kids. Who live with me at home.

I also want to take the apportunity to thank all the beautiful people who have done the right thing and rescheduled. I really appreciate you.

I am so busy, it’s a big pain in the ass to have to cancel because it’s so hard to find a spot to get you back in - but I will always do my best to arrange that at the earliest possible date.

Everyone has a price that reflects their hair thickness, length, texture ect. Prices also vary depending on the time a certain job takes & how much work is being done on that particular day. If you’re a regular & have the same thing done every visit you will have a price & that won’t change Untill there is a price increase, or of course if more work is being done.

There are different payment options. You can do a bank transfer or you can pay cash. Prices will not change if you’re paying cash.
Payments are to be made before leaving your appointment & usually come through straight away.

*OLAPLEX will now be a extra charge on top of your hair service. Previously I have included it in your price. If you’re unsure please don’t hesitate to ask.

~ Appointments ~

If you’re needing a appointment on a specific day/time of day or evening (after hours) please be sure to book in advance (2-4 weeks prior) School hours are very popular & evenings are limited.

Please arrive five minutes earlier than your appointment time. The time I allocate for your service starts at the time of your appointment - if you’re late, you’re cutting into someone else’s time. I know sometimes you can run late, please try to be mindful of my situation & other people. If you’re going to be more than 15 minutes late you will receive a msg letting you know you’ve missed your appointment & will need to re book.

Warmth ~ but the kind of warmth we love! Winter is coming ~ And this is the perfect time to explain the hair routine. Most people believe that in summer we should go lighter with our hair and in winter we should go darker. Makes sense, right?

But actually, once someone told me I was wrong. In winter we should go lighter & brighter with our colours because in winter we wear darker heavier clothes & it’s gloomy out, so brighter & lighter with the hair ~ In summer we should opt to go deeper because in summer we wear brighter clothes, and lighter clothes!!! 🤔
