Not the best for the hips, but hey! Once a fortnight ain’t so bad 😅

This would go down so well with homemade custard! 🤤 Dangerous!

One word… obsessed! I literally crave this gorgeous dish!

The combination of all the flavours - including homemade cashew nut chipotle sauce - is amazing!

I’ve even begun altering it with chicken to suit our family - the bread crumbing is the new ‘mum’s chicken Nuggets’ 😜 which the girls devoured!

AND I can’t wait to make these changes PERMANENT on Cookidoo 3.0 now that it’s here!

I like big BUNDTS and I cannot lie! 🍰😜🤣

But seriously, how awesome are Bundt cakes! It almost doesn’t matter what type of cake it is! It’s the old fashioned, classic shape of a Bundt that just elevates a cake.

However this cake was delicious! In fact, I used the same cake mixture for my daughter’s Olaf 5th birthday cake because we all loved it so much 😋

We devoured my Sri Lankan travels 🤣 Another delicious cake to add to the Cakes Collection on Cookidoo 😅 Dangerously good! A beautiful balance of sweet and tangy. (The whipped cream was my idea 👌🏼)
