Another 3D Scan to CAD job. Dishwasher part made up of 2 components.

3D Scanned, replicated/modified and printed (Polycarb) heater pipe elbow.

Malibu Speed Boat facia replication. 3D scanned, rebuilt in CAD and 3D printed.

Recently replicated horn button. 3D scanned existing LH sample, cleaned up and mirrored before printing in ASA. The colour match and paint was done by the customer and is bang on perfect.

Fun little job from a few weeks ago. Little bikes to make up the table centrepieces for a cycling group event. Printed with PolyTerra PLA, Lava Red, Savanah Yellow, Saphire Blue and Charcoal Black.

Trying our best to stop another toy from going to the landfill. 3D scanned the broken part and created a 3D printable model in CAD to print the replacement part.

This has become a favourite material of ours to work with. Polymaker's PolyTerra PLA. For every kilogram purchased Polymaker plants one tree. It also has recycled carboard packaging and spool. A great product to work with. It has a wide range of colours and prints with a fantastic matte finish while also being tougher than regular PLA.

3D scan of an FJ model we did last year.

AIM MXS Sunhood. Printed in ASA and ready to be fitted into the customer's R33 in time for the next hill climb event. ASA is an alternative to ABS with improved weather resistance. Its UV resistance and excellent mechanical properties make it the perfect choice for real-life applications.
