Running clinic success part 2!
Today Rise hosted the very amazing Llanley who guided our kids through the foundations of running fast and effectively. We had such overwhelming interest in the clinic that we ran it in two parts.
The second group absolutely crushed it and there was plenty of healthy competition, good times and loads of improvement!

What a great morning at our Girls Holiday Clinic!
We were joined by some amazing coaches: Bazza, Matt and Mica who drove all the way from Palm Beach Soccer club on the Gold Coast to deliver a morning of inspiring and quality football!

Building better humans!
RISE is a ‘not for profit’ local charity created by locals entirely for the benefit of our local Community. RISE will welcome all socio-economic, cultural and ethnic groups and will be free of charge to participants in return for Volunteer Community Service, regardless of their background, gender or disability.
The RISE Community Football and Wellbeing Community Outreach Programme aims to gradually develop and modify all-inclusive fun versions of football, such as Walking Football and Street Soccer, together with also providing a high quality football program open to all young members of our Community.
However, the primary aim of the football and wellbeing programme is not necessarily football, it is to help produce well balanced, resilient, community-minded participants via the ‘well-being Community Outreach programmes’ facilitated by RISE as an integral part of their participation in the Programme.
