This is a gluten-free creation!

3 layers of vanilla cake,
With jam and buttercream between the layers,
Coated in a tri-tone buttercream with a chocolate ganache drip 🤤

It's been a while since my last post, but it doesn't mean I haven't been baking!

I've had Angus in the kitchen today contructing & decorating a cake for his Uncle's birthday tomorrow.

He did great! Even with the slightly lop-sidedness 😬🥳🥰

Some simple, yet delicious cupcakes, with two tone buttercream icing, deluxe sprinkles & topped with beautiful cake toppers from "made by KELLY"

These were made for the gorgeous Savannah for her baby shower on Sunday!

Today's creation is another Gluten free cake, layered with jam and buttercream.
Deluxe sprinkle mix around the bottom edge,
Raspberries, Strawberries, meringue and macarons from mas macarons yamanto,
And a beautiful cake topper to compliment this cake from Made by Kelly.

This Gluten free lamington sponge was made as requested by Luke for his mums birthday.
Layered with fresh, whipped cream, Strawberries jam, Strawberries and pieces of Turkish delight chocolate.

This cake has been made for a special lady who was one of my biggest supporters, my late Aunty
She made my 1st Birthday cake, and Angus' as well. Both were sponges with jam & cream- so this one is for you

This birthday cake was 3 layers under the vanilla and cookies & cream buttercream.
The layers were 2 buttercakes, with a single chocolate cake layer in the middle. Cookies & cream buttercream were between each layer,
And of course Oreo's to top it off ❤🧁
