We had an incredible time with the fishing club, who caught a great number of mud crabs right here at The River Shack Yamba! These crabs were sustainably caught and cooked fresh, providing a delicious feast for all. 🦀🍽️

Brolgas: Graceful Giants of the Air:
A couple of frequent flyers to the River Shack Yamba, this pair of Brolgas are regular visitors feeding and exploring the pristine wildlife habitat.

These elegant and graceful birds have made our little slice of paradise their home, adding an extra touch of magic to our already stunning riverside retreat.

The Lord family motored by tinny from the Rivershack to the Yamba Shores Tavern, then through the break wall to Fraziers reef off lluka for a dive, cruised back to check the crab traps, late afternoon at the Shack.

Luciana, enjoyed the sweet fresh wild caught crabs Doug, hunted & cooked straight from the traps into the pot onto the plate.

They are heading back again in July.
