Killara Project update.
On the home stretch now with this pool house at Killlara.
finished up waterproofing the bathrooms ready for inspection. All roughs in have been complete with interior linings getting installed. New glass balustrade from has been installed. Stay tuned for the finished product.

Excavation is now complete at our Killara project. With everything hand dug and removed, the boys didn’t mess around getting this done.
Now it’s time for and to do their thing and get all the necessary services roughed in for the pool pavilion.

Our Killara project has kicked off at the start of this week. This projects is a pool pavilion located at the rear of the property which will allow for some great entertainment in the pool area. With access limited for machine access, we will be hand excavating and have set up ramps to removal the soil to the front of the house. With some great details on external and internal finishes to come, we look forward to the finish product.

Project update Narraweena.
Things are coming along nicely at our Narraweena project. Ground floor wall frames are built and stood Deep floor joists for the internal area and the external deck have been completed and particle board sheets have been laid with scyon sheets to be installed next week.

The finishing touches have been applied to this huge outdoor patio roof with painting just completed.
The design for this roof included 2 roofs in a 2 degree pitched roof. 3 massive 300UB steel beams weighing at around 400kg each, hidden downpipes for the Skymax roofs. We are stoked this outdoor area has turned out.

Our New project has started in Narraweena.
This project will consist of a ground floor extension and first floor extension at the rear of the property to incorporate bigger living areas, a bedroom and new kitchen.
Excavation for the ground floor slab is underway with tight access, the 1 tonne excavator only just squeezed through the side entrance.

After and before.
Our Frenches forest project wrapped up before the end of the year. This job consisted of removing internal walls to create an open living space which made the dining, living, kitchen all flow. Brand new custom design kitchen by . 8mm floating hybrid flooring supplied by . The client is stoked with the outcome and the kitchen got a good use over the Christmas season.

Wahroonga project update.it’s been a while since we provided an update.
Whilst up in Noosa things have been rolling smoothly in Sydney. Big thanks to Ryan and Jamie for manning the ship here in Sydney.

The interior has been completed with Blackbutt floors installed, sanded and stained, bathroom tiled and fit off, carpentry fit out complete and all interior painting. With just the external finishes such as 2 Skymax operable opening roofs and the carport to come in the new year, we can’t wait to showcase the finished project.
Also, big thanks to all of our subcontractors for providing their excellence in work

Project update Wahroonga.
It’s been a little while since we posted about our progress at Wahroonga. Since the last post, all concrete slabs have been poured, retaining wall laid, wall framing and roof framing completed and bricklayer has started laying the bricks for the extension.
Getting close to lock up now.

We have been a little bit quiet on the socials recently but things have certainly been flowing on site and we will be providing updates in the coming week.
Here we are showcasing our full apartment renovation in freshwater which took place at the start of this year. With the beach at the doorstep, this was sublime place to work and our clients Gerard and Bron were absolutely stoked with the outcome of this project.

Project update. Wahroonga.
Finally have had some good progress the last week with all the sunshine we have had.
The ground floor slab has all been formed up and all necessary trench mesh and top mesh have been installed.
All ready for the Certifier and Structural engineer to inspect tomorrow.
It has been a long time coming with the wet weather we have had but we are finally pouring concrete on Wednesday

Wahroonga update.
Excavation well underway at our Wahroonga project with over 9 bogey loads of clay taken away from site. After the site cut was made we have now set out the footings and piers to be dug for the exterior patio and soon to work on the house extension. Keep this dry weather coming.

Other than a second coat of stain on the decks and a stratco roof to be installed. Our bayview project is now completed. When I first came to the job To quote I didn’t even want to walk on the existing deck seeing how rotten and waterlogged it was. The end result looks awesome and the clients could not be happier.

Project update.
Progress shot of this monster 2 storey deck in bayview that we have been building the last few weeks. We have been dealt with a few setbacks with the wet weather and covid but we are finally seeing some progress on this deck.
The big 7.2m and 6.0m posts have been stood and now support the deck. A few minor finishes on the first floor deck framing and then we are ready to lay some spotted gum decking. 🤞we get some good weather.

A couple of photos of how the exisiting deck looks at our Bayview project which kicked off today.
With demolition of all exisiting structures we are going transform the waterlogged and rotted pine deck with all new bearers and joists, 135x135 posts from new engineered footings continuous all the way up to the new stratco roof structure, 140x25 spotted gum decking boards, new timber balustrade and a spotted gum privacy screen.

This project has turned out absolutely brilliant and the clients could not be more happier with the high level of finishes provided from all trades.

What an area we live in. Today we are starting our freshwater apartment renovation with the view of the beach at our feet. This projects consists of a full gut out of the entire apartment. We will be installing a false plasterboard ceiling to hide the existing popcorn ceiling, brand new ikea kitchen, full bathroom renovation with new tiling, fittings and features, brand new aluminium sliding door and new tiling for the exterior courtyard.

Wall battens are installed in the front foyer area. With the brickwork being all over the shop, we plumbed all battens and made sure all walls were dead straight and in plane. Electrical rough in completed. All ready to start sheeting. Time to get rid of the Italian style exposed brickwork and brighten up this area.

After and before photos of a completed archway by . This job consists of battening out all the internal brickwork, then sheet with plasterboard. To finish off we will be doing wainscotting to provide some nice detail to each of the walls. Stay tuned for progress and completion photos.

At our palm beach project we made some changes to the first floor living area which included the demolition of an existing wood fireplace to be replaced with a Escea fireplace, recessed in television above the fire place and patching in blackbutt laminate floor to match in with existing. This living area has really turned out a treat and certainly feels a lot cosier than what originally was there.

Another week done at our Wahroonga projects. A lot of progress has been made with internal walls being removed, new walls built and beams put in. This kitchen,living and dining area space has been completely opened up.
Time for and to do their thing and rough in the plumbing for the kitchen and all the electrical for this area.

After and before. The finishing touches have been added to this media/lounge room with installing these brilliant custom made white poly joinery units which tie in awesome with the blackbutt laminate floor. The design of the joinery was to maximise storage solutions and we also threw in there a custom wine rack with 2 wine fridges to go in. Sitting by this new escea fireplace that installed with a glass of wine would be prime

Setting up site at our Wahroonga project. A full interior gut of the place with walls to be removed, re-location of the kitchen, new oak floors throughout, Escea fireplace, brand new external aluminium windows and laundry renovation. Before photos to come soon.

Progress photo of our palm beach project which is currently taking shape. With internal walls being removed it has opened up this living area and we have exposed this awesome looking sandstone rock which will be the feature of this room. It will go nicely with the new blackbutt laminate flooring and to top it off, an Escea fireplace will be installed.

Recent Project completed for ironbark carpentry and constructions.
With no off street access down to the house and only at the rear of the property. This suspended deck was designed to make the clients life easier to access the property from the Street, and also make it safe as the existing rock face was dangerous and a potential fall hazard.
