Beautiful morning for the markets
The kiln gods were kind ☺️☺️☺️ and the new owner is very happy. Thank you .nicholls for the artwork.
Another little salt cat/pig. If you want to see him in ‘person’ I will be at the Discovery Coast market on Sunday.
A wonderful night last night. Thank you for the photo of the mug, I am so happy you like it. Thanks for the photo.
I hope it helps your morning coffee make you smile.
Special request completed. Pretty happy with it.
Something new. Not sure if it a sugar bowl and spoon or a salt pig/cat.
Something new, haven’t posted for a while but very happy with these.
I have been very quiet on social media for a while now, just keeping my head down and loving my art. However, I am super relieved that she made it through the bisque firing. Now to try to make her next iteration.
Cute little ghosts for the Halloween Kids n Co market at Moore Park Beach later this month.
Thank you .nicholls for looking after my kiln 😊😊😊
Three nights in a row I have been lucky enough to have this little guy join me for a shower.
Frog is back again tonight. I couldn’t see what it was looking at but it was totally focused.
While I was working in the studio today, I heard this guy croaking and was lucky enough for him/her to visit while we had a shower tonight. I think it was hoping for an easy meal with the light attracting some bugs.
Feel really lucky to have so many drops in our yard. Even now I can hear the Tok Toks (striped marsh frogs) maybe we are due for some rain. 🤞🤞
Hopefully I will have these ready for the Halloween Market at Moore Park Beach.
Beautiful morning at 1770 for the Rotary markets.
Visit from a green tree frog as we finished packing the car tonight.
The weather is warming up so we will get more visits.
Getting ready for .laneway.on.woongarra for tomorrow morning. Excited to have some new incense holders for tomorrow.
Knew this glaze fire would go ok before I even opened the kiln this morning. The visit by our regular kookaburra and it’s mate were a great start to the day.
Kiln loaded with stock to send to
V***a incense burners, sitting waiting to dry 🥰🥰🥰.
burners
Thank you your beautiful flowers have brightened my studio.
Thank you also for being wonderful market neighbours.
KILN FAIL…..
Herb keepers/wild flower vases. I will have these at markets this weekend.
Cute little grevillea plates ready for glazing. Tomorrow’s job.
Now to let her dry really, really, really slowly and keep my fingers crossed. 🤞🤞🤞And that is before I allow the ‘kiln gods’ to do their thing.
Love when we have Kookaburras visit. These little guys were the inspiration for probably my most popular piece.
Today he visited with his mate, she is a little more shy. Hopefully I can get a photo of both of them together.
New tables for today at 1770 Rotary markets, thought I had plenty of stock but it is looking a bit sparse 🤭
A recent visit from one of nieces and encouraging comments from an other of my wonderful nieces was the impetus for continuing and expanding this range. Approximately 50% of the population are female, we should not be shamed by our bodies.
At the Rotary 1770 market today, the recreation ground behind the market have been closed off and protection put down for the rainbow bee eater birds by the First Nations Rangers. Amazing colours in these birds and really happy that they are being protected.
Started the day with a magnificent sunrise on the beach, finished with the first appearance of our green tree frog since the start of winter.
Love frogs, maybe I should try to sculpt one.
What a wonderful part of the day, early morning walk, first light, quick swim, home and off to the 9 to 5 job.
