Have you tried our Shrub Sodas?? We serve 🍊🍓🍋
Shrubs are nutritionally dense botanical sodas made from fresh homegrown or locally foraged seasonal fruit and herbs. They are fermented in organic apple cider vinegar, made by hand (with so much passion and love!), in small batches, without using heat to pasteurise or preserve. So delicious, refreshing and good for you; we're thrilled to have these on the menu! 🌿

Fire Cider is a traditional Winter tonic of ginger, garlic, turmeric, horseradish, chilli, aromatic herbs, citrus and raw honey. It's made in small, slow brewed batches with premium ingredients for maximum benefit.

A day late to the party... but 🤔 every day is Earth Day! One of our greatest hesitations in starting and running a coffee cart... the potential for waste 😱 and one of the reasons why I love running a coffee cart... it brings people together and it is bringing our family closer to community around us 🤎

We live a humble life, though the truth is, there is always plenty of room for improvement when it comes to looking after our Earth and giving back what we're taking from her. Everybody is moving at their own pace with this, so it's important to remember to be gentle with ourselves and each other in the process. According to the ecological footprint calculator, even the most humble of folk will exceed Earth's capacity to sustain us...

A few little reminders that I've learnt along the way:
• SLOW DOWN, take stock.
• START WHERE YOU ARE.
• Don't expect perfection - Work steadily toward a vision.
• Make small, manageable changes, consistently, rather than attempting huge lifestyle transformations overnight.
• And repeat.. because it's too easy to get caught up in the pace of modern living.

At Rara Vanbar, we are striving for lowest impact and no waste. Some of the ways we've started to implement our vision:
We source local, support farmers, and use organic and spray free products. Our cups and packaging have non-toxic lining. We recycle where we can ♻️ we are not perfect, but we're working on it. Guaranteed.
