Thank you to all the constituents who’ve taken the time to contact me through my personal channels to demand answers as to why I wasn’t able to attend the recent council meetings.

This infringement upon my privacy is unacceptable when other Elected Members aren’t interrogated to the same degree.

This subtle racial violation is inappropriate.

But since the volume of questions continue to rise, I shall answer even though I don’t have to tell you everything.

As the public documents available on the website is fully transparent to the colonial local government standards.

During the May meeting, I had gotten covid after returning from a Poetry Recital in the city.

And this June on Monday, just had an elder pass away, and due to family sorry business protocols I had to respect.

So next time before accusing me of atrocities FACT CHECK.

Thank you all for making the stress worse and being cheeky to the young vulnerable Aboriginal woman. When you didn’t have to be rude and intrude.

Elected members are allowed to have boundaries in regards to personal matters.

Really appreciated it during this challenging period and my first term.
