🌿 Everytime I do a quote, I think, have I calculated it correctly? Does the customer think it's too expensive when the price is actually fair? Is the job going to be under or over what I've quoted? Will the customer complain if it's not what they were thinking? What if there's more work then expected?

🍃 When I send an invoice, I think, is the customer going to pay as soon as they can? Are they going to complain about the price if they didn't ask for the price before the job was done? Are they thinking we didn't do a good job? Do they appreciate the hard work that went into the job?

🌳There are so many stresses on my mind even with just those 2 scenarios. Please be kind & understand that running your own business costs money & being the person who runs it is very stressful. We work really hard to give the best outcome in every job.

🌴Customers can make all the difference by keeping good communication & showing appreciation for the work we do. We love our customers & we love our job, but we don't appreciate being undervalued.
