It is a humbling experience when you truely see what your life is showing you about yourself. You no longer get to blame anything outside of yourself, recognising everything as your own creation.

Ultimately it is incredibly empowering but first it is crushing and humbling. You can no longer be the victim of your life and the experiences you create in order for you to become aware of the energy you hold.

I’ve been trying to find the words to share what I have experienced the past year. There have been so many deaths and rebirths, days seem like lifetimes, so much shifting and changing at lighting speed I can barley keep up.

I have travelled realms, sat with the great mother. Journeyed to the depths of my soul, had every part of my life destroyed, experienced the deepest grief and most excruciating pain, broken down to nothing, releasing every attachment to anything that does not serve my souls mission. Going back lifetimes to heal deep wounds, my reality constantly changing as I shift timelines with each transformation.

It has been insane!

But I know this is all preparation. To be of service, to help shift consciousness and assist people to step into what they are on earth to master. To support deep transformation in those ready to take the step into a deeply fulfilling life.

When you can become the observer of your thoughts, you realise that you are not your thoughts. You are a higher state of consciousness that is able to continually expand.

The mind is like a computer, it is programmed from the day you are born.

Thoughts, patterns, behaviours, reactions, beliefs all dictating who you think you are & how you interact with this world.

As you expand your awareness beyond these programs, to observe - then you have a choice.

Everything in this world is energy operating on different frequencies. We are programmed to operate in the low density frequencies, drama, hate, fear, judgment, guilt, shame, failure. This is how it is designed to keep us in a state of slavery, never realising our own power, easy to manipulate & control.

The more you can expand your awareness, you begin to operate from a higher state of being, a higher frequency. Choosing to break these programs & patterns, seeing the things that don’t actually serve you & making a different choice.

The first step in transformation is a desire for change. It can be scary to step into the unknown.

Often it is pain & suffering that is the catalyst for change. It’s only when we become so uncomfortable where we are that we make a different choice.

The darkness is our greatest teacher, it is where we dig deep & ask the hard questions. It’s where we surrender & pray for help.

It doesn’t have to be this way though. We don’t have to wait for the pain & suffering to push us on our journey of self discovery.

We can choose it.

We can choose to acknowledge that we create our reality. That everything in our life is there for us, to teach us, to show us parts of ourselves that we don’t want to see. To hold up the mirror so we can acknowledge & accept all parts of ourselves & bring them back to love.

That’s the journey of self discovery.

Learning to dance with life has been one of the many beautiful gifts I have received from working with my Soul Chart & the Universal Rays.
