Encore is an exercise and wellness program for women who’ve experience breast cancer or preventative surgery.

One of the goals of Encore is to build participant’s confidence so that they feel comfortable joining social activities and seed within them a desire to continue a healthy lifestyle after Encore.

I’ll be attending the Wollongong program at Beaton Park in October 🙌🏽

Due to an increase in demand, Illawarra Wig Library Inc will be EXTENDING IT'S OPENING HOURS to allow more people to access its services.

From 1st July 2023, the Library will be open for an additional day. The new opening hours will be:

OPEN - Monday to Wednesday between 10am to 1pm.
CLOSED - Thursday to Sunday.

Give (or receive) a ni**le!
 
The decision to have a ni**le after it’s been removed as part of a mastectomy is a personal one, and there are different options available.
 
Non-surgical options include ni**les tattoos or a prosthesis. Also known as ‘stick on’ ni**les, there’s often a worry that prosthetic ni**les will become ‘unstuck’ 🙄
 
Niki from ProCosmediq] is a professionally trained medical tattooist. She’s also the first (& only) person to introduce the revolutionary custom-made 'External Ni**le & Ar**la Prosthesis' to Australia, which stay ‘put’ for up to 10 days, even in the shower, at the gym, or when you go swimming! 🙌
 
The hand-made silicone ni**les are made from the mould of a woman’s ni**le/s before surgery, or from moulds ‘donated’ by others.

It is really exciting when I have the opportunity to post ‘healed’ eyebrows as I tend to only post pics/vid just as I have finished the treatment. This usually means you see the darker version of the eyebrow colour (not the natural/healed version).

Noriko originally saw me for Ar**la Correction after Breast Cancer. She decided to refresh her eyebrows as part of her treatment pathway. I’m so glad I had the opportunity to meet her. She really is a wonderful human 🤎x
