Is it raining where you are this Easter?
We love these healthy bunny pancakes by to keep little minds busy and bellies full this long weekend.
Just three ingredients and so easy!
Ingredients
▫️ 3 eggs 250 ml (2 cups) milks
▫️ 200 g (2 cups) light spelt flour
▫️ Ghee or coconut oil for baking
Method
1. Whisk together the eggs, milks and flour until smooth.
2. Heat ghee in a frying pan and scoop in pancake batter.
3. Cook for 2-3 minutes until small bubbles form on the surface of the pancakes.
4. Flip and cook on the opposite sides for 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. Top with jam or/and yogurt and fruit 🫐
